    Yoga is an excellent way to improve flexibility, strength and assist with relaxation. This class is ideal for beginners, those returning to yoga after a break or improvers. The class is 75 minutes starting with gentle postures to warm up, then a flowing practice to raise the heart rate, some strengthening and stretching postures and a breathing practice followed by relaxation.     My Tai Chi classes are aimed at keeping us fitter as we age. Tai Chi is known for its ability to lower high blood pressure, improve balance, loosen stiff joints and it promotes a feeling of calm and wellbeing. My classes are easy to follow with no complex steps to remember and my aim is to make them not only physically and mentally effective but to offer a place to meet other like minded people and make new friends!

    Lechlade Scottish Country dancing takes place in the New Memorial Hall in Lechlade on Wednesday afternoons( except first Wednesday of the month) from 2.30 to 4.30.
